Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by I Hardware Direct, Inc. within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged or defective items may be replaced within 45 days of purchase. Custom orders, modified products, clearance items and products marked "As-Is, No Returns" are non-refundable.
Exchanges are made with like items. Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase (for cash/check payments, a refund check will be issued). The process normally takes 7-10 business days to complete. No credits are issued for incomplete returns.
Customer is responsible for pre-paid return shipment to I Hardware Direct. A return authorization is requested to ensure that your return is tracked and credited properly.
